I first met Caroline through my local Neighbourhood House in 2014. I needed to learn computer skills for work. Caroline took me on for one on one lessons. She was incredibly patient and clear with her teaching. She was very accommodating and fitted in with my work hours.
I then continued with Caroline in a class situation. I found she was as clear, concise and understanding teaching a class, as she was teaching a one on one lesson.
Caroline taught me basic and intermediate Word and Excel. I have gone from having very limited computer skills to now being quite competent with computers. She has also removed the scary factor about computers for me.
